Pricing Conditions
Standard price applies to air conditioners in working order requiring up to 1 hour of cleaning per unit.
Units requiring more than 1 hour due to heavy dirt build-up will incur additional labour at $85 per hour.
If the air conditioner has not been serviced for 4 or more years, additional time and cost may apply. This will be discussed on the day before proceeding.
This service does not include repair or breakdown diagnostics.
